    Did CFWU

    Did main Crossfit WOD: 4 rounds of run 400 meters and 50 squats for time

    I did all running on treadmill at 0% incline
    My time: 22:54
    Glad I was not doing 5 rounds of 50 squats like the tortured souls at Crossfit Jenks.

    It seems that no matter how many squats I do, they never come easy for me. It is as though any air squat takes the same effort as a back squat pushing 60lbs.

    Did 21x45lb. bench press
    21x45lb shoulder press

    think i’ll take a day off to celebrate, see everyone Fri.
