As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Shoulder Press (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)

10 Knees to elbows

15 Box Jumps (Men 24″ box, Women 20″ box)

    Did main Crossfit WOD: “Lynne”
    This is my first time doing “Lynne” with UNASSISTED pull-ups.
    I subbed 135lb. Bench press for bodyweight.

    Bench press max reps 6-6-6-6-6-5
    Pull-ups max reps 6-6-6-4-4
    TOTAL= 55

    Bench press max reps: Total = 39
    Pull-ups max reps: Total = 62
    TOTAL= 101

    21 rep improvement compared to the last time I did this workout on 12/7/07.

    As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
    5 Shoulder Press @ 75 lb. (mod)
    10 Knees to elbows
    15 jumps to 24″ tire

    total: 7 rounds

    this one SMOKED my lungs!

    I did “Cindy” tonight as I kind of tweaked my back on a workout earlier in the week.

    As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
    5 Pull-ups
    10 Push-ups
    15 Squats

    total: 9 rounds + 5 pull-ups + 10 push-ups + 12 squats

    on 1/8/08 I did 9 rounds + 5 pull-ups + 6 push-ups

    Next time I’m going to break 10 rounds!
