Jeff February 22, 2008 at 11:27 pm I did “Cindy” tonight as I kind of tweaked my back on a workout earlier in the week. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats total: 9 rounds + 5 pull-ups + 10 push-ups + 12 squats on 1/8/08 I did 9 rounds + 5 pull-ups + 6 push-ups Next time I’m going to break 10 rounds!
