You all are looking great and I am very jealous I am not there training with you.  Thank you for the kind words the other day and the posting/picture of the CrossFit Jenks T-Shirt and Training attitude to dominate abroad.  I am really impressed with your WODs and improvements.  Are any of you going to the CrossFit Games?  Hell it may be an Oklahoma sweep when Coach Berry and the CrossFit Jenks crew compete.  Okay Mark we may have one Texan make it too.  Anyway just wanted to drop a quick line.  I am a day back as normal and posted what happened to me on my date with LYNNE.

On a closing note regarding CrossFit Jenks pictures.  February 19th there was a picture of an awe-inspiring man performing this (At 63 years old and 155 lbs, Minter pulls an impressive 275 lb Deadlift for 3 reps!).  Who is this masked man because I want to be like him!!!!  Hell of a Job Minter, you truly are an inspiration.  Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive!  OkieDB Out!


Do not make too much fun of or bust on me too bad.  I just did not have much gas or power/strength in the engine today.  But it is always fun and a challenge to give 100% and then some with CrossFit
