14:08 w/25lb KB &#38; jumping pull-ups

This was a new PR for me and a huge improvement over my prior Helen on 9/17 - 17:23 w/10lb KB!

My runs are still my weakest point and I hope to improve that as the weather gets warmer!</description>

1/2/08 = 23:06 w/ 35#

today = 14:15 w/ 35# and ring rows from a 20" box as my hand is still messed up from "Angie".

I have to say the elevated ring rows seemed harder than pull-ups but did save my hand. 

That shaved almost 9 minutes off the time. 

Also did 50 jumps with the 45# bar in 1:00

The runs are feeling better but I still need to get more efficient at running.</description>
