    Still recovering from the flu.
    Thought I would be back at it today, but awoke this morning uncertain about going to the gym because my lungs are still not clear.
    Did 250 squats (10, 15, 25, 25, 25, 50, 50, 50) to guage how I felt, and decided not to go to the gym or work.
    The bright side is that the muscle that I strained in side of my back last week is getting a good rest.

    This one was tough & it made my arms BURN!

    3 rounds for time of:
    20 Kettlebell Swings (Mod w/ 40lb KB)
    40 Push Press (Men 75lbs)
    60 Squats

    time : DNF

    I think I got a little too agressive with the weight. I finished 2 rounds and 10 swing after several stops to try to stretch my back out. I don’t believe I hurt myself but I did pull my lower left side pretty good. This is the first time I’ve had to stop and I’m not happy about that at all. I knew if I attempted another round of push press I might really hurt. ugh!

    43/M/315 after about of flu that kicked me!!

    20 KB swings with 35#
    20 Push Press with 65#
    20 Squats

    2 sets in under 13 minutes with a wiped out body.

    Keep healthy.

    Probably went too heavy on the Push Press for me, but I finished.
