		<description>Great time on "Grace" Breck.  The video that you posted today is Brian Chontosh, aka "Tosh".  The video was shot last weekend at the cert in Santa Cruz.  Whats crazy about this guy, is he did two and three workouts a day like this.  The guy is an absolute freak.  We had the chance to talk with him while we there and the guy was real laid back.

Here is wikipedia link about him receiving the Navy Cross.  Make sure that you scroll down and read about his actions over in Iraq.

For those of you that are in debate about going to a cert, it is more than worth it to get to one.  The experience is incredible.</description>
