“Fight Gone Bad”

3 Rounds for total reps of:

  1. Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps) – 1 minute
  2. Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps) – 1 minute
  3. Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps) – 1 minute
  4. Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps) – 1 minute
  5. Row: calories (Calories) – 1 minute
  6. Rest – 1 minute

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    65lbs for push-press and SDHP

    193

    versus 204 in Nov 2007 when I used 48lbs for push-press and SDHP and only 12lbs for wallball.

    now the bad…
    there’s usually a delay for the exhaustion to catch up to me, and by the time I got home I barely made it into the house in time to projectile vomit.(no exaggeration)
