    ran “march meltdown 5K”
    official race time : 28:52

    slowest 5K i’ve ran, wasn’t even sure about doing it with my stomach issues from last night. where was the crew!?

    a friend of mine I saw there said just finishing a 5K when u log zero training miles(other than a few sprints at the gym) is pretty respectable. I’ll go with that.

    Walked 5k around Lafortune… little over an hour.
    Still waiting for baby to pop out :)

    This was a tough workout but it made up for Monday night. My back is in good working order today!

    Lynne (I hope I spelled your name right) was truly awesome. Julie and I hope to be going as strong as she does as we grow wiser in life. :D

    30 Push-ups

    Post time

    I only completed 3 1/2 rounds as my arms completely failed on the 4th set of Push-ups. Endurance was good, legs were good, just failed on Push-ups, I will need to increase my push-up count on a daily basis so this never happens again.

    Still ill with the flu. Looking forward to making my comeback soon. Hope it begins tomorrow. Last completed a WOD on 2/22/08.
