    started tonights WOD and gave up due to my inability to perform a single correct squat clean.

    spent the next 30 min. working with Trey on getting it right. Thanks for the coaching Trey,
    I really appreciated it.

    Congratulations Nicole. I hope your experience was as great as me & Sean’s.

    I feel cheated though you guys got Coach. We’ll have to stop by and get a workout in with the new CrossFit Jenks Level 1 Certified Coach. I’d say the best looking but Breck might get jealous…okay, okay he’s cute too.

    I did “Linda”

    10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of

    135# Deadlift
    95# Bench Press
    75# Clean

    Time: 24:38

    This is almost exactly 1 minute slower than 11/11/07 but I did increase the deadlift by 20 lbs and the clean by 25 lbs.
