Woke up feeling weak and sickly, but was determined that I was going to run this morning. Ate some oatmeal and then after being awake about an hour went out for a run.

Made it for a full 5k on the road in 28:26. (only 30 seconds over my PR)

I was really beginning to doubt I was going to get well again. Tomorrow, it’s back to the gym and my regular WODs no matter how I am feeling.

Excellent Pic of someone Training Hard, Training Smart, and Training to Survive. Congrats Mark on the slow recovery, I was starting to worry. Way to gut out Randy Danny! Rest Day fo me, knocked out 20rds and 5 pulls playing with CINDY. Curious to hear how the Paleo intake is going. Is someone else out of the Zone? You all are my heroes and inspiration. Can’t wait to vist this summer and maybe it will be around the same time CrossFit Texan Mark is there. Around mid-July to beginning of August. Continue the healthy and fit lifestyle! Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! OkieDB out

Danny, when I saw the prescribed 75×75 power snatches, I thought, “Well, no one is going to do that.”

I stand corrected. That is a major workload. You keep impressing.
