    crossfit + zone eating = awesome results!

    Did CFWUx3

    Did modified “Diane” with 165lb. deadlift and subbed 30lb. shoulder press for HSPU. Ihad a bar set up with 65lbs., and some dudes stepped in and took it over when I was deadlifting. So I grabbed a small barbell with fixed weight of 30lbs.
    TIME: 12:47 (Previous time with 165DL and 65SP was 15:27. So I am faster this time, but I should have been with such a decrease in load. Still plan to stay with 165/65 in the future until I get it under 10 minutes.)

    IT WAS GREAT TO FEEL WELL TODAY. I AM OVER THE FLU.
