    CrossFit Jenks you all are looking KICK A!!!! Keep up the good hard work! Danny, David, and Jeff way to dig deep and get great times on yesterday’s date with DIANE (I am a day behind when able to CrossFit). Danny your initial/old CrossFit Chassis to your new modified and enhanced CrossFit Chassis is remarkable. Outstanding!! Yes Coach Berry your time is very impressive and I commend you. However, I would like a sub 4:00 minute one before the CrossFit Games though. Go get em Coach!!

    Did CFWUx3

    Did Main Crossfit WOD of Hang Squat Clean 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
    Did 3×75, 3×75, 3×75, 3×75, 3×80, 3×85, 3×90

    Then did 4 rounds of 400meter run, 50 squats, and 30 back extensions

    Did dumbbell bench press 21x20lbs, 10x30lbs

    Did bench press 5×95, 5×95 (right shoulder continues to be a problem, so I am keeping weight very light)

    OkieDB, way to work hard over there. I am still training Hard, Smart, and to Survive. Also getting a lot of JOY out of too. Love you.

    Spring time is here in Texas. Garden is planted. Trees are budding. Crossfittin’ has me going strong.

    Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
    5 Pull-ups
    10 Push-ups
    15 Squats

    total: 14 rnds. + 5 pull-ups+ 6 push-ups (PR)

    more than 4 rnds. better than I did a month ago.
