Did “Lynne” modified
Did 135lbs.  bench press 4-5-4-5-4
Chin-ups 6-6-5-4-5
TOTAL: 48  (this was fewer reps than I did in February.  My shoulder continues to be a problem.  Was kind of surprised I could get 135lbs up.)

Did OHS 10x45, 5x55, 5x55, 10x45

Did Back Squat 10x85, 10x105
Did Push press 3x85

Did dumbbell bench press 15x30lb dumbbells

Did 10 knees to elbows, 15 vertical leg lifts

Did 10 assisted dips, 7 chin-ups, 21 thrusters w/30lb. barbell

I did 200m walking lunges first in 10:10 and 193 steps.

Then rested 5 min and did a modified 

"Lynne"

Five rounds for max reps of:
Push-ups
Jumping Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds

Push-ups 18,10,9,8,7
J Pull-ups 6,5,3,3,3</description>
