    Welcome Back everybody today is my first workout since the baby was born.

    I did 200m walking lunges first in 10:10 and 193 steps.

    Then rested 5 min and did a modified

    “Lynne”

    Five rounds for max reps of:
    Push-ups
    Jumping Pull-ups

    Post reps for both exercises in all rounds

    Push-ups 18,10,9,8,7
    J Pull-ups 6,5,3,3,3

    Ran 5K

    Did “Lynne” modified
    Did 135lbs. bench press 4-5-4-5-4
    Chin-ups 6-6-5-4-5
    TOTAL: 48 (this was fewer reps than I did in February. My shoulder continues to be a problem. Was kind of surprised I could get 135lbs up.)

    Did OHS 10×45, 5×55, 5×55, 10×45

    Did Back Squat 10×85, 10×105
    Did Push press 3×85

    Did dumbbell bench press 15×30lb dumbbells

    Did 10 knees to elbows, 15 vertical leg lifts

    Did 10 assisted dips, 7 chin-ups, 21 thrusters w/30lb. barbell

    Did 10×45 bench press
