    32/M/174 (no that’s not wrong…I really gained 4 lbs since Friday :( )

    3 rounds for time of:

    400 meter run

    15 thrusters (men 95 lbs, women 65 lbs) (modified with 65#)

    30 pull-ups

    Time: 37:26

    Today was rough, didn’t feel that great from the start but I finished it.

    Had to modify because I did this one at my full-time job (The Center) and didn’t have a pull-up bar so here is what I did:

    3 rounds for time of:

    400 meter run (treadmill)
    15 Squat cleans- 95 lbs
    15 Thrusters- 95 lbs

    Time: 16:11
