Made up for yesterday and did “Nancy” tonight

5 rounds for time of:

400 meter run

15 overhead squats 65 lbs

Post time

23:52

This was the best I have ever performed on a WOD ever. All of my runs were done without walking, and all sets of squats were done unbroken. Will probably try 75lbs next time.

With me just going to the certification in May, I won't be making it this year, but I plan on going next year.

52/m/195
Did modified “FRAN” in 13:05 (60lb. thrusters)
I have done faster "FRAN", but I sort of wore myself down yesterday. So, I will settle for this mediocrity.

Also did 4 rounds of run 400 meters, row 400 meters

Did 4 sets of 15 vertical leg lifts

I need to knock off 10 minutes from my "FRAN" time and add 35 pounds of weight to my thrusters so, I can compete in those Crossfit Games. Maybe the Summer of 2010 should be my target. I will start saving my money.

In the meantime, Nicole and Breck, I know you will represent the premiere talent of Oklahoma Crossfit. Bravo for committing to the challenge of the competition.
