    weighed in this morning @ 199!
    first time i’ve been under 200 lbs. in several YEARS. so far i’ve lost 36 lbs., and have 30 more to weigh what I did in high school!

    Did dumbbell bench press
    10×35lb dumbbells

    Did 20 pull-ups

    Did 15 vertical leg lifts

    Looking forward to rest day tomorrow.

    I did “Michael” tonight, because I did it approx 1 month and 2 months ago, subbing good mornings for back ext, because I don’t have access to one.

    Three rounds for time of:
    Run 800 meters
    50 Back Extensions
    50 Sit-ups

    Post time

    34:55 compared to 36:43 and 43:19 respectively.
