    Substituted for WOD.

    Cut down 10 Cedar trees 10′ to 15′ high (with chain saw) and took to brush pile and stacked. 4 hrs.

  6. Minter, that’s work! I was dragging some cedar trees around a few weeks back at my father-in-laws place outside of Lampasas. I think I lasted about an hour and a half. Four hours could knock a man down good in the evening. Hope you had fun.

    Today was a rest day for me. I did not do a thing, other than over-eat at lunch, a Fuddrucker’s Hamburger w/fries covered in honey mustard , and at dinner, Pei Wei Kung Pao Shrimp (the whole plate). Was on the highway traveling to Denton to bring my stepdaughter home for Spring Break. Loved the food, but I gotta get back to the Zone.
