  1. Ran the St. Paddy’s Day 5K Run
    Time: 26:12

Then came to the gym and did….

    “Diane”

    21-15-9
    Deadlift @ 135lbs
    Shoulder Press @45lbs

    Time: 9:42

  2. I ran the St. Paddy’s Day 5K Run too. I set a new PR by almost a minute and half!!
My previous best was last year at the Firecracker run when I was running three times a week with a Fleet Feet training group. I did it in 30:54.

That was before CrossFit… for the last 6 months I haven’t ran any other than CF. This stuff is awesome!

    Time: 29:32

I ran the St. Paddy’s Day 5K Run too.
    Time: 39:06
(the last time a did a 5K was October – I beat that time by almost 5 minutes…and I really wasn’t that tired today. I agree w/Jeff– Crossfit is awsome! Trainer Breck is AWESOME to…as I too have only been doing Crossfit -and only 3 days a week.

Then came to the gym and did WOD:

    “Helen”
    3 rounds

    400 meter run
    21 Kettle bell (20#)
    12 Jumping pull ups

    Time: 15:19

  4. 52/m/195
    Did CFWU

Did main Crossfit WOD: Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

    I did 55-60-65-65-65-70-75 (new PR)

Previous best snatch was only 45lbs. In the past, I could not figure out how to put all the movement together. Today, I really understood “pull yourself under the bar aggressively”. I am far from good at it, but I “get it” now. Will be practicing this movement more now that I understand it. I can’t drop weights at my gym so, I will be slow to increase weight, as I need to avoid lifts where I fail.

Today I also did Back Squats
    5×95, 5×105, 5×115, 5×125, 5×135, 10×95

    Shoulder Press
    10×45, 10×55, 10×65, 5×70, 5×75, 5×80

    Push Press
    5×85

    10 chin-ups

Ran 1 mile on treadmill at 0% incline

  5. also ran St. Paddy’s 5K, time : 29:12

    then did Snatches 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

    1@45lb
    1@65lb
    1@75lb
    1@85lb
    1@95lb
    1@105lb
    1@115lb. (new PR by 20lbs.)
realized later that I did power snatches, and I think the WOD called for full snatches. oh well.

had a great time at the race with everybody!

    sounds like crossfit to me.
