    13 Handstand push-ups
    3 L Pull-ups

    7 Handstand push-ups
    9 L Pull-ups
    5 Handstand push-ups

    I subbed 75lb. shoulder press for all HSPU
    I subbed regular chin-ups for all L PUll-ups

    My time: 28:02

    I ran 800 meters on treadmill at 0% incline
    I rowed 800 meters

    I did 2 sets of 15 hanging leg raises

    **just under 2 min rest b/n each.

    +10 Ring dips
    +2 Push-ups

    total: as Rx’d 5 rounds + 1 KB swing
