    Hey guys!

    I thought I tip toe out of lurk-dom and say hey. You all are doing an awesome job!
    I love the picture and to see how intense everyone is with their workouts.
    Jerimiah misses being there Saturdays… but unfortunately kid’s soccer interferes…

    800 meter run
    50 back extensions
    50 sit-ups

    time: 20:50 Rx’d (PR)

    last time I did “michael” was in nov. and my time was 42:35. cut it by more than half!!

    This was a tough one–especially after the “minute” warm ups today….
