    Did main Crossfit WOD: Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

    Did 110-110-115-115-120-110-125 (New PR)

    Ran 1 mile on treadmill at 0% incline.

    Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

    These were full squat cleans with a split jerk

    1 @ 245 ( Got it overhead but it was a late lock out)
