As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

100 Meter run

15 Burpees

10 Deadlifts ( Men Bodyweight, Women 3/4 Bodyweight)

    Did main Crossfit WOD: 120 pull-ups, 120 dips for time as a sub for 30 muscle-ups for time.
    I did assisted dips
    Did everything in sets of 24 sets of 5, although pull-up sets were all broken up after first 20 pull-ups or so. Did pull-ups and chin-ups. Put my chin on top of the bar on every pull/chin-up.
    TIME: 40:18

    Ran 1 mile on treadmill at 0% incline.

    5 months ago I did my first single unassisted pull-up. Today 120 pull-ups. That’s progress. If I can ever get an unassisted dip, I will be ready to buy some rings and try to learn the muscle-up. Hopefully the 120 assisted dips today are going to move me toward that goal. My right shoulder continues to be screwed up, but I figure eventually I may build up enough strength just to power through whatever is wrong with the joint.

    I still can’t believe it. 120 pull-ups at age 52. I know there are others, like Minter, who have done a lot more impressive feats at 52, but I feel some gloating coming on. That was 120 pull-ups. 5×24 6×20 10×12 3×40 120×1 120 pull-ups! This Crossfit stuff is a joyous misery.

    10 Deadlifts @ 100lbs

    6 Rounds + half of the run…

    100 Meter run
    15 Burpees
    10 Deadlifts ( Men Bodyweight, Women 3/4 Bodyweight)

    did my deadlifts with 180 lbs.

    total : 5 rounds + 10 burpees

    the Ladies kept an insane pace tonight! great job!
