squat cleans are one of my poorest skills and when I saw the WOD today, I have to admit I thought about wimping out and skipping. i&#039;m glad I didn&#039;t, it was one of the best sessions of cleans that i&#039;ve had! I guess u never know till u show up!

You cruel monster.  Your people just did &quot;Helen&quot; yesterday.  From looking at their times, they produced some fantastic intensity, and now you forge them in the fire of &quot;Elizabeth&quot;.  

Thus, the amazing results that I keep seeing on the Crossfit Jenks website.  

I do not know if I should be happy that I live on another planet.

I did the main Crossfit WOD:  Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
My lifts:  110-110-110-110-110-110-110

I needed a coach today.  I could not get the hang of dropping under the weight today, so these split jerks often had the look of a push press done by someone with spastic leg reflex disorder.

I did OHS 10x45, 10x55, 5x60

Hope things are warming up in Oklahoma.  It is fully Springtime here.</description>
