time -  10:18  with 75 lbs. &#38; ring dips.
last time- 23:49  with same weight.

squat cleans are one of my poorest skills and when I saw the WOD today, I have to admit I thought about wimping out and skipping. i'm glad I didn't, it was one of the best sessions of cleans that i've had! I guess u never know till u show up!

You cruel monster.  Your people just did "Helen" yesterday.  From looking at their times, they produced some fantastic intensity, and now you forge them in the fire of "Elizabeth".  

Thus, the amazing results that I keep seeing on the Crossfit Jenks website.  

I do not know if I should be happy that I live on another planet.

I did the main Crossfit WOD:  Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
My lifts:  110-110-110-110-110-110-110

I needed a coach today.  I could not get the hang of dropping under the weight today, so these split jerks often had the look of a push press done by someone with spastic leg reflex disorder.

I did OHS 10x45, 10x55, 5x60

Hope things are warming up in Oklahoma.  It is fully Springtime here.</description>
