    Wish Lemon’s 5km Race
    Time: 18:32
    6th overall
    1st in age group 30-34

Great job to Jennifer, Danny and Linda (my mom) on doing the race this morning!

I want to remind everyone that the Osteopathic Scrub Run is next Saturday! The location will be at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. Remember that you should try to learn and play new sports. This would be a great opportunity to get in a workout and compete in a sporting event at the same time. Competition will make you faster and stronger!!!

    Breck,

Took your advice about other sports and competition. Played tennis today. Lost one set 6-0 and won another 6-4. Played against an 18 year-old high school player who said that he had been playing daily for the last two months. He is part of district champs in Doubles at Salado High. Had fun.
