Did 5 rounds of 30 push-ups and 30 sit-ups because I am nuts. Time: 31:02
Felt like I had never done a push-up before. Took me 4 minutes each time to get through the 30 push-ups.
Relieved some of my guilt for missing yesterday’s WOD.
Awesome job Mark! I PLAN to do this one later this afternoon! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
