    Did CFWU

    Did modified “Fran” subbing 60lb. thrusters for 95lb. thrusters.
    Time: 12:32

    Did 21×20lb. dumbell bench press
    10×65lb. bench press

    Did 45×95lb. bench press for time, and then forgot to stop my watch to see what my time was.

    I shaved almost 3 minutes off the last time I could find. That was with Jumping pull ups and the same 65#.

    Today it felt like I knew how to do thrusters for the first time. I didn’t have any balance issues and my back isn’t sore from trying to muscle the weight back into position all the time.

    on some days the zone gets pretty boring and tedious, but then I come in and crank out a WOD like today and it makes it all worth it! i’m starting to see a lot more definition in my arms and shoulders. Crossfit + good nutrition really delivers!
