5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

Complete every minute on the minute for 30 minutes.

Post total rounds completed for 30 minutes.

    Did main Crossfit WOD: 4 rounds of run 800 meters

    My times: 4:01, 3:58, 4:00, 4:03

    I kept a steady pace to see how many rounds I could make in 30 minutes.

    Total Rounds= 32

    Breck-
    I did not understand the directions on “Chelsea”.
    If I complete a round of the three exercises every minute on the minute, wouldn’t I end up with thirty rounds in 30 minutes.

    How would my count vary?

    Mark, Yes you are correct. If you can’t make the total round in the minute you would keep going for the full 30 minutes and then note which round you fell behind and then the total rounds for the 30 minutes. I knew I could get the 30 rounds, so I just set a good pace and went for total rounds in 30 minutes.

    So we didn’t make it out tonight. Too many last minute things to take care of…see you all when we get back. We’ll send lots of pictures with CrossFit Jenks gear!

    started with “Chelsea” but couldn’t make even 3 rounds, and then rolled into a 30 minute “Cindy”.
    total rounds: 14 + 3 push-ups.

    I guess i’ve gotten used to the shorter WOD’S, going for 30 minutes on this one was really tough for me!

    “Chelsea”

    5 Pull-ups- Modified to jumping pullups

    10 Push-ups – Modified in later rounds to “girl” pushups. Thought I was going to go to face planting on the mats, but was able to hold off from that. Push-ups killed my time and rounds in this.

    15 Squats

    Complete every minute on the minute for 30 minutes.

    Post total rounds completed for 30 minutes

    10 rounds + 5 Jumping pull-ups.
