    Did CFWU

    Did main Crossfit WOD of 5 rounds on GHD of 30 sit-ups (I did anchored military style on the floor) and 25 back extensions for time.

    I got some really bad news today and probably should have stayed home. I couldn’t stay focused at the beginning of the WOD but by the end it de-stressed me a lot. its amazing how therapeutic a draining workout can be.
