    Did “Crossfit TOTAL” today
    160lb. back squat
    110lb. shoulder press
    255lb. deadlift
    my TOTAL = 525 (new PR for Crossfit TOTAL by 15lbs.)

    I have done heavier squats and deadlifts in the past, but not together on same day that I did Crossfit TOTAL. 110 Shoulder press today matched my PR from Dec. 21.
