I would like to thank the Academy, my parents, Okie DB, my 10th grade football coach who cut me from the team, Jose Cuervo Gold who provides me the imagination to do these lifts, Minter - who once motivated me by saying, “I used to warm-up with 300lb. deadlifts”, all the girls who would not go out with me when I was fat in high school, my wife - who celebrates me going to the gym where I am the only Crossfitter, the whole Crossfit Jenks Gang, and of course Coach Breck!)
