5 rounds of max 135lb bench presses immediately followed by max pullups
Modified to 95lbs
Total Bench Presses = 72
Total Pullups = 51
Rest was around 6 minutes b/w rounds.
Total Reps= 123
Compared to 97 at the first of Feb with same weight. I think the longer rest periods made some difference, but I could tell a big improvement on my bench presses. All the dips I’ve been doing paid off this morning.
Did modified “Nancy”
I did 5 rounds 400m run on treadmill at 0% incline and 15 reps of OHS w/45lbs.
My time: 34:53
I started off doing a few reps with 55lbs., but I was too shaky. I did “Nancy” in January a couple of minutes faster. I spend a lot of time walking back and forth across the gym, as treadmills are completely opposite the location of bars for OHS. I don’t know how I would do if I just jumped off the belt and shoved the bar overhead. Probably would end up with a crushed skull.
