    Did main Crossfit WOD: “Elizabeth” 21-15-9 reps of 135lb. clean and ring dips for time.

    I modified weight to 90lb. cleans and did assisted dips. Did full squat cleans a2a as Coach Breck would prescribe.
    My time: 24:51

    Last time I did Elizabeth in January, I did 60lb. cleans and had 20lb. more assist on my dips. I was about 10 minutes faster then also. I was happy to take on more workload this time.

    I ran 1 mile on treadmill immediately after finishing Elizabeth.

    15 @ 48 lbs
    12 @ 65 lbs
    9 @ 85 lbs
    6 @ 135 lbs
    3 @ 185 lbs (PR!)

    great job Lynne, Brandon, and Tim! Way to push those limits!
