With a continuously running clock do one burpee the first minute, two burpees the second minute, three burpees the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    no it’s not a misprint, that’s how slow I was today. I endulged in an OBSCENE amount of food and drink last night. (damn you Mcnellies and your ice cold pints!) nevertheless my pleasure was paid back with pain today. what should have been an easy run turned into survival of the fittest! :(
