no it’s not a misprint, that’s how slow I was today. I endulged in an OBSCENE amount of food and drink last night. (damn you Mcnellies and your ice cold pints!) nevertheless my pleasure was paid back with pain today. what should have been an easy run turned into survival of the fittest! 🙁
