    Mod’d with 45# bar (to compare to last time)

    I also tried a 95# OHS and was able to perform it. I’ll move the weight up next time.

    I had to get this one in on my lunch break at work, so I had to do my 400’s on the treadmill. First 4 rounds were 10mph @ 0% incline and the last round was 9mph @ 0% incline. All overhead squats were unbroken but slow. Nice job to everyone this morning! Thanks Loren for giving me a time to strive to beat. It might have been the other way around if I would have done it first with my runs outdoors. Man, I love CrossFit!!

    the combo of this WOD + the heat almost had me hangin’ with Pukie the mascot tonight!
    luckily it was a false alarm.
