    Ran the “Thrill of the Hill 5K” in Liberty Hill, Tx.

    Finished 1st in my age group. I beat the other guy.

    My time: 27:55.

    It was a perfect cool morning, and I thought I would run even faster.

    My WOD was a 4 hr Jiu Jitsu seminar today. :P

    And I was feeling the “Danny” workout. Back to the ice pack :D
