52/m/193
Who pasted Breck's head on my body?

Did CFWUx3

Did WOD: Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1, Push Press 3-3-3-3-3, Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5
My lifts:
1@105
1@110
1@105
1@100
1@100
3@100
3@105
3@105
3@100
3@100
5@85
5@95
5@90
5@90
5@100

I lifted 265lbs. more total weight today than I did for this same WOD on 4/8/08. Over 600lb. increase since December.

Then did WOD: 50 Burpees with jump for time.
My time: 9:26

Whoever name “Burpees” was off track with that name. Might as well have named them “Creampuffs” or “Softees”.
Better ideas: Sickees, Hurtees, Damnthese, Hatetheez, Horriblees, Baddees, Nastees, DownandDirtees, Crappees. Anyway, you get my point. Burpees are what happen after Mexican Food, Beer, and a Quickie.

Greetings Coach Berry’s and CrossFit Jenks Cult,
Great job on your training. I do not know about the validity nor reliability of the CrossFit level predictor????? Is this empirical data??? Was this based off of standardized observable, measurable and repeatable results across a randomly selected group (okay at least a randomly selected group of CrossFitters). Just kidding I liked it but my results were not what I was hoping for. Those darn gymnastics moves dropped my scores and my worse event "the SNATCH" did not do me justice. I will quit whining and get to training on my weaknesses. Anyone out there even get 1 rep of BW OHS???? That is my new goal then I will get to 5, 10, and 15. I like your measuring/predictor scale Mark. Mark I almost forgot, great job on completing all of “MURPH” way to gut it out for over an hour and finish. That is what I call commitment. GREAT JOB! I posted our body armor “MURPH below. LT Johnson had a big turn out of about 8-10 people to do this. It was a ball buster. I laid on the floor for 5 minutes when done!

Coach Berry gives this WOD below a try. Enjoy my friends as it is a new month and closer to our reunion. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! OkieDB Out

Complete 10 rounds for time:
400 meter Sprint/run
75lb (2 pood) dumbell swings, 10 reps
10 reps body weight bench press (my BW = 170)
SUN 04 MAY 08
Time = 38:16
Harder than I thought
This is a WOD I created somewhat based off of "EVA" Pretty Good I liked it.

“MURPH” as RXd
WED 30 APR 08
TIME = 40:22
Performed with 20 lb body armor vest.
Strategy of 20 sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats.
This worked out well with 20 lb body armor vest.

PS Coach Berry’s (yes both of you) the CrossFit games are coming, how is your training coming???? I cannot wait. Wish I could be there.
