5 Rounds for time:

10 Thrusters (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs) (Subbed with 45# due to hand injury)

20 Box Jumps (Men 24″ box, Women 20″ box)

400 Meter run

Time: 30:20

Just wasn't feeling it today. On top of the hand injury it just made for a typical Monday :P

After the way I felt finishing the 1st round I knew it would be a just get finished day and not a set a nice time day. I did feel stronger on the runs than I have in the past so I'm still seeing improvements.

Great job Loren and Jim!
