    Did modified “Elizabeth” with 90lb. squat cleans and assisted dips.
    My time: 22:46.
    Improved 2 minutes over April 17 time with same weight and assist level.

    Ran 1 mile on treadmill at 0% incline.

    Haven’t been able to Crossfit while gone and miss it and all of you in Jenks. See you the end of the week. Looks like everybody is giving it their all, and I’m looking forward to being back the end of the week. Lynne

    Loren, You are correct. They are full squat cleans. This one was a killer on me today because of the past two days of tough workouts. I was off my PR by 1 minute and 4 seconds.

    Did a modified “Diane” today due to a ligering wrist problem from those heavy thrusters last week.

    Deadlift 185 lbs
    Ring dips
