		<description>Don't know how many of you read the main Crossfit site "comments" daily.  
There is a Kettlebell video posted on the main page and then comment #31 has a link to a kettlebell article you can download, and then comment #34 is very pertinent to the article.  

I encourage everyone to read these and check in with Coach Breck about all of it.  Just seemed like good stuff, all of which I had not heard in six months of doing Crossfit.</description>
