		<description>I think I had a total of 131 this am with 205# on the BP and 40# on the KB.  Great Saturday workout.

Glad to help Danny.  I had to do something as I watched you passing me as you were running like the wind.

Good job Breck and Nicole on the day of double running.  Have a fun and safe time in OKC.

Max reps on Bench Press (Men Bodyweight, Women 2/3 Bodyweight) followed immediately by a max set of Kettlebell Swings (Men 55lbs, Women 35lbs).
Rest 4 minutes in between rounds. Repeat for 5 rounds.
