Max reps on Bench Press (Men Bodyweight, Women 2/3 Bodyweight) followed immediately by a max set of Kettlebell Swings (Men 55lbs, Women 35lbs).

I think I had a total of 131 this am with 205# on the BP and 40# on the KB. Great Saturday workout.
