Last time 18:55 with same weight. Not sure what the problem was today…runs did feel slower.

Back muscle still injured, but improved. I did absolutely no Crossfit Saturday & Sunday.
Today I did CFWUx3.
Then I did main Crossfit WOD: 30 muscle ups for time. I subbed 120 assisted pull-ups and 120 assisted dips for 30 muscle-ups.
My time: 30:33.
On 3/24/08 I did all the pull-ups unassisted, but today, with my tender back, I used assist. My time was 10 minutes faster today as a result.
Ran 1 mile on treadmill at 0% incline.
I envy all of those “Nancy” times. Everyone is working hard.
