    Great lifts Jim! Oddly enough, I’m not looking forward to this one tonight, usually deadlifts are my favorite! Probably all the running and “Nancy” from Monday night.

    FANTASTIC JOB Jeff on the 305!!! Very impressive lift! ; )

    Thanks guys. I felt good until the 305! Now we’ll see if I can get out of bed tomorrow. LOL

    Great job Jim on fighting through it today. Funny how the same weight can feel heavy one time and not so heavy another time.

    Thanks Nicole and Jeff. I’m still having trouble walking normal after “Nancy” on Monday. Overhead squats really make my thighs sore.

    My DL’s don’t feel very natural anymore. I think I’ve become so protective of my shins that my DL form is suffering.
