Clean and Jerk (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs), 15 reps
Run 400 meters

    Did CFWUx3

    I continue to lose weight.
    Jan. 1, 2007 I was 230lbs.
    Oct. 1, 2007 I was at 215 when I started doing Crossfit.
    Jan. 1, 2008 I was at 205 when I began Zone Diet for 1 month.
    Feb. 1, 2008 I was at 198.
    May 19, 2008 now at 190.
    I have not done the Zone diet strictly since January, but I try to structure meals and snacks according to Zone principles, making sure I am getting protein, carbs, and fats, and staying away from sugar and process grains as much as possible.

    Did main Crossfit WOD:
    For time:
    75 Push-ups
    95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 50 reps (modified to 45lbs. because of strained back muscle)
    50 Ring Dips (modified to assisted dips)
    45 pound Weighted Pull-ups, 30 reps (modified to 10 reps w/25lbs, 15 reps w 10lbs., 5 reg. pull-ups)
    25 Handstand Push-ups (modified to 25×65lb. shoulder press)
    My Time: 33:17

    Did OHS
    10×45lb.
