    Did CFWUx3

    Did main Crossfit WOD: 5 rounds for time of
    2 pood kettlebell swings 25 reps ( I modified to 40lb. dumbbell)
    25 GHD sit-ups (I did mine on the floor)
    25 Back extensions
    25 knees to elbows (Omigosh these were hard. Went through everything else pretty smoothly, but I was doing these 2-3 at a time and dying in between)

    My time: 46:16

    Breck and Loren, wish I could be there to see you guys attack those WODs.

    OkieDB, we miss you. Pop your head up out of that sand dune and tell us what it means to really work hard.

    Due to self-induced excesses at the RiverWalk last night I will have to abstain tonight from the addictive pain that is crossfit. I look forward to seeing what coach has for us Saturday. Anyone going out of town have a safe and fun holiday.

    there’s a saying…”There’s tough, and there’s John Wayne tough.”

    this WOD definitely leaned to the ‘Duke’ side of things.
