7 Sets of the sequence:

Power clean

Front squat

Push press

Back Squat

Push press

5 Rounds

Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

    You BEARS are something else. Bravo on making it through that workout!

    I did my own thing today.

    Ran 1 mile on treadmill at 0% incline.
    Rowed 800 meters

    Did Thrusters
    5×45
    5×55
    5×65
    5×75
    5×80
    5×85
    5×85
    5×90
    10×65

    Did Deadlift
    3×205
    3×205

    Did shoulder press w/dumbells
    10×15lbs dumbells

    Did
    2dips
    3 dips w/very light assist
    2 dips
    3 dips w/very light assist

    I can’t believe that I am finally doing dips. This is only my second time doing a full dip. I was always having problems with my shoulder whenever I would get close to having the strength. My shoulder problems were apparently being exacerbated more by bench press than by dips. Coach Breck advised me to lay off the Bench Press, my shoulder has improved significantly, and now I am dipping! Thanks Breck.

    1st Round- 45 lbs
    2nd Round- 55 lbs
    3rd Round- 65 lbs
    4th Round- 75 lbs
    5th Round…. I attempted 80 lbs, then scaled to 75lbs, three reps in a decided to quit, then I decided not to quit, finished at 75lbs w/ some stops and starts.

    Good job to all the ladies who did this one! Very impressive weights!

    Nikki your weight was impressive. 70#..WOW & Breck did more than my weight!!!

    can not do a real dip.

    All five rounds with a 30# bar. I felt pretty good for my 1st workout back after my wreck. A little sore today….

    It was great to be back & see everyone again! I was very impressed with the other girls last night…hopefully I will be back at full strength before too long!
