		<description>Did today&#039;s WOD with a few mods to accomidate my recent injuries. The good news is I was able to perform all exercises w/o any pain so I&#039;m hoping I&#039;ll be back to full speed, at least full speed for me, next week.

DB Thrusters - 15lbs
KB Swings - 25lbs
Wall Ball - 8lbs (yes only 8lbs!)

We did &quot;Lynne&quot; max rep bench press and pullups 5 rounds w/ 5 min rest b/w rounds.
My grand total was 155. Thanks Crossfit Jenks for the awesome workout.</description>
