    Ran 5K in 27:11

    Played tennis for an hour

    Then began WOD
    90lb. squat cleans 10 reps
    50 sit-ups
    90lb. squat cleans 8 reps
    40 sit-ups
    90lb. squat cleans 6 reps
    30 sit-ups
    90lb. squat cleans 4 reps
    20 sit-ups
    90lb. squat cleans 2 reps
    10 sit-ups

    IN the middle of the 30 sit-ups I got a bad leg cramp and had to stop the WOD

    10 mile run
    time: 1:58:12

    managed to stay dry until the last 2 miles, then I seriously thought I had run into a hurricane.
    soaked!
