    Excellent times on FRAN yesterday. I am impressed. Mark way to get motivated and move up 10 lbs on your next rough date FRAN provides. David and Danny very nice also. Nicole aka new running guru, of course I would love a copy of the running plan. Nice pic and way to get lift with your violent pull. Well done young CrossFit Trainer!
    Get focused Coach Berry. Time and training is critical in these last two weeks. Rest/sleep is key!

    I really enjoyed getting to be the coach this weekend! Thank you guys for being such an awesome group of CrossFitters! Fantastic job to everyone on their runs today— and remember “no walking!” : )
